Food Intolerances

The only way to test if you have food intolerances is to remove the suspected food from your diet. Eliminating the suspected food or foods can be difficult and it is important you do not miss out on important nutrients.

During a consultation Tess would assess your current diet and symptoms to decide which foods to eliminate. She would then work with you to eliminate these foods from your diet looking at food labels, contamination and eating out. We would then discuss alternative foods to use in its place to ensure you still have a balanced and interesting diet.
