Dietary Analysis

If you want to find out if your diet is nutritionally adequate, or if there are any nutrients lacking from your diet, a detailed seven-day food diary can be completed for analysis.

This can be useful in cases such as weight issues, sports nutrition, vegetarian /vegan diet or having a micro-nutrient deficiency in e.g. calcium or iron.

Tess will complete the analysis after which and a detailed report will be sent to you indicating your average intake of all nutrients, including vitamins and minerals, along with dietary recommendations tailored to your needs.
